Yea! The “feet” it stands on, the trapeziodish shaped things on the bottom, have a bit of magitech in them. Cloud condensers that create a super dense compressed cloud inside them that negates alot of the weight of the bus, allowing the pegasus to ‘move’ the clouds inside allows the rest of the platform to sail along with them.
Sort of like the ‘pontoons’ on a boat, the bus glides easily with a single pegasus to pull it.
