Grace: “Gen, this is a therapy session to discuss your anger toward other ponies, not a hugging session.”
 
Gen: “Mmhmm.”
 
Grace: “You said you’ve been feeling more stress toward your coworkers. They have commented that you have been more aggressive lately, care to share more on that?”
 
Gen: “Mmhmm.”
 
Grace: “Gen, are you listening to me?”
 
Gen: “Mmhmm.”
 
Grace: “Gen, I’m here to help you, but I can’t if you won’t let me!”
 
Gen: “You’re helping plenty, flower petal.”

Grace wants to be a therapist, so her magic is mainly focused to help clear a pony’s mind of fears and concerns and help clear their minds to better explain and discuss with Grace some of their problems. In turn, Grace uses her skills to help look for the solution and help them feel better about the situation and themselves!
 
Normally, it takes some tea and four straight hours of meditation to get Gen to a more relaxed and calm state - so one of the many things that Gen loves about Grace is her therapeutic magic skills - takes less time (laziness!) and she gets to hang with Grace!
