I don’t think G3 ponies have that idea that mare’s need to act a certain way for two reasons, it’s never mentioned and two stallions and colts don’t exist in, all G3ponies are female so gender roles would be pointless in such a society and maybe even detrimental since some of the females would have to do the stereotypically male things.

I mean, from a meta perspective, she might as well be talking to Rarity, since Princess Rarity from G3 would be somewhere between Dash and Pinkie, though closer to Dash since Pinkie is… well, Pinkie.
