One of the tags in my filter is [sex]. But, when I had my filter on, I saw a few images that should’ve been tagged with that that were still visible.
 
I also had [nazi] in my filter. But, one of my favorite images was tagged with that recently; so, I had to eliminate [nazi].
 
Those are just two examples.

It’s been my observation that there are tags that, if they are used, are sometimes not used properly. And, those tags are misused just enough to make them undependable.
