Description
I made a couple of slate engravings mostly of members of the stone related Pie family lately. However, I was wondering if it would look nisce to add some color by using chalk on the slate and fixate it later on. It didn’t work to create such a small drawing with a satisfactory smooth covering with chalk (it might work with some kind of liquid chalk pen, but I don’t have any of those).
So instead I painted an engraving of Sunset Shimmer (Sunset Shimmer Day 2018 of Equestria Daily has been rescheduled to September 24nd) with acrylic colors. I’m quite happy with how it turned out.
