He can only bounce on enemies, and certain objects though. Scrooge & Ardy Lightfoot can bounce anywhere.

I like that idea. Surprised not many games used that “pogo” jump mechanic from Duck Tales. Only ones I can think of are the SNES game “Ardy Lightfoot,” (good underrated game BTW) and Cranky Kong in “DKC Tropical Freeze.”
When playing as Sand Mare, I’d also like to bounce around like Scrooge McDuck.
