@Derpy Whooves
As long as it is only clean diapers diaper fetish images actually fall into suggestive since the last tagging guidelines update. Wet and messy still count as questionable though.

With images such as this, you may tag the images “Trace”, and also tag the original artist (because they retain all rights to derivative works). Sometimes people also tag “Base Used”, so I have added that tag as well, because it sounds like that is how you used Sylph-Space’s art to create this image.
The most important thing is to credit the artist whose work you based your’s on, and to make sure the artist whose work you used does not have any kind of “Do Not Post” setting, such as “No Edits”, which means they do not want derivative works being created from their own art.
Thank you for mentioning that this was based on Sylph-Space’s image in your description, but please also tag the artist.
Also, the original image was tagged as “Questionable”, because it is a “Diaper Fetish” image, so I have added those tags to your image as well.
As always, if you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to ask us in the Site & Policy forum, or you can ask us a question directly by reporting yourself (use the Report button on the image that you have a question about, or the “Report This User” link on your profile) with a reason of “Other”, and describe your question. You may also PM me if you have any questions.

Generally tracing is considered bad practice, specially without the artist’s permition. Now if you draw it by just looking and taking the proportions and such, it falls on a gray line, where most people don’t care
:O
Not problem,buddy. I never wanted to steal your work.
Don’t worry, I’m cool with it. Thanks for the cred :)

Perfect,thank you for the information. That would be useful in the future.

In this case, artist:sylph-space does not have a DNP setting, and the original upload on DeviantArt does not have any restrictions for the image’s use, so your image seems fine.
