in fact the mod CaN + fallout 4 equestria already do the role of modifying all humans to ponies. the thing I’ve done so far was just modifying these mods to put in the ponies the appearance of my ocs =.)
i like the look of your other mods but im guessing that those extra gunners and minute men wont be ponies?

npc is the mod that your friend has linked to. curie is a personal mod that I made at the request of someone. I created a clothes with this appearance of pony plane. the hair is horiginal of the game because these horiginal hair has no tail. this way I can use it and a tail of my own in the body clothe mod. body swap https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/10233/

Fallout Equestria 4 for the ponies. Doesn’t support custom NPCs AFAIK, though that should be fixable (Change Owen into Slug, for example)
Not sure about the outfit, though…
I have the Xbox One version… Beaten the campaign multiple times… I have mods, but unfortunately not any of the more “Interesting” mods… If you know what I mean. wink wink
I’ve already got a ton of mods I plan to download once I get a computer. Basically, my game will probably be a major crossover of content.

I’m horrible with scripts. so why not just create a new outfit with skin =). using the body’s own texture I added the texture of new objects like tail wings and rubber bellows. the yellow on the face and ears is a modification of a game tattoo.

I may not know anything about making mods, but from the look of this I’d say it’s hard work.
Not sure how long it took you but wow.
