I know, Nazism is nationalistic authoritarianism, Communism is a collectivist ideology. One could argue that both kind of ended up as autocratic dictatorships though.
 
Still, the point of the pic is just to have cool uniforms, and Starlight Glimmer’s Equalist movement in MLP is fine for that I think.
