ATG DAY 1: Draw a pony standing / Draw a pony frozen in place.
He galloped as fast as his weak hooves can go. As the furious storm went on, Doctor Caballeron had one goal in his mind now. Get the hell out of there alive. The one thing he valued more than treasure was his own life, no amount of wealth was worth dying for in his eyes. His hooves grew numb, and he felt so tierd of running as he found himself triping over himself and constantly struggling to get up. Looking back into the distance, he didn't see anything else but the snow and his own hoofprints. That horrid creature probably gave up, right? Surely after this long of a time to knew it has done it's job... Doctor Caballeron took refuge under the trees to gain his energy. He struggled to stay awake, was shivering violently, and felt a crisp pain on his muzzle as the mucus his runny nose froze. If this is for all his years of constantly giving others suffering... he probably deserved it. Barely surviving, he wished somepony was there for him now..."ROOOOOOOOOOAR"The stallion jumped and yelped at the sudden bloodcurdling cry, he hid in the bushesame and peek cautiously at it... there it stood a good 20 feet above of him, never has he felt this small and helpless. Not even Ahuizotl was this menacing! He kept still and silent as it search the area, thankfully it doesn't have the best sight with the amount of fur over its eyes. It was a tense moment for the stallion, but a wave of hope flowed over him as it began to turn back. He tried to take in a deep breath in relief. As soon it went in he began to go into a fit of coughing and sneezing as the crisp and thin air tickled his nose and was hard to breath in. He quickly stifled himself, but before he can have a chance to react he felt the ground shaking beneath him. He looked behind him to see the creature charging full force towards him.He stumbled back onto his hooves and made a run for it in an act of desperation. The howling roars and miniature earthquakes it made with each of its steps made it near impossible to get away, and before he knew it he began to lose feeling im his hooves once more and lost his balance. He found himself on his back and looking up into the beasts face, and rolled over underneath it. It didn't do much and he got back up on his hooves. He couldn't escape now as it looked at him with a deep snarl, so in a final act of saving his tail he tried doing the unimaginable. He got up on his shaky hind legs and stared down the beast."L-L-Listen... I-I'm sorry! What I did was... w-w-wrong. I promise I'll leave you alone and I won't b-bother you again!..."He struggled to make a smile as he was petrified by fear and the cold. In that moment he felt like it might have worked, the creature calmed down and might have fallen for it! He actually might have a chance to get out alive!...Without warning, the beast roared again with a mighty fury. As the snow swirled around him, he felt his legs stiffin with an intense chill climbing up his body. As he looked down, he saw ice going up his hooves... then his flank and torso... before he had a chance to say anything, he was cut short by the ice and was completely covered... Encased in a frozen prison, the creature walked off. Now all he can do now is hope and wait for with the sun to come out or for soempony to find him... neither one would be comin any time soon.
