and she’s not the only likeable character in the show. in fact, she’s not even likeable at all. or even a good character for that matter. that’d be like if I said that Miley Cyrus’s Bangerz is the only good album in the history of music.

That’s the correct reaction to Twilight making a school and dragging her friends into it (most of whom literally have other full-time jobs to think about, especially Rarity, Fluttershy, Rainbow Dash and Applejack)

It feels like incredibly terrible pacing, as if most of Starlight’s episodes in both Season 6 & 7 take place DURING her musical montage
Also should’ve swapped the 6/7 finales to give Starlight more time to develop as a character - make her redemption of Stygian a stepping stone of how far she’s come, but she’s still got a long way to go before saving Equestria and becoming a Friendship Counselor
Yeah, sometimes I forgot that. xD
But, overall, some people don’t like Starlight and other people like her. And that’s fine. The writers are just going down a path I cannot follow, and that’s ok.
