I can find nothing ‘great’ about it, as this thing has nothing in common with an Ottoman uniform.  
She is wearing what is quite obviously a tropenhelm worn by the Schutztruppe, the colonial troops of Germany’s African territories, not the Kabalak that Ottomans would have worn.  
The uniform itself is that of the Austrian line infantry during the Napoleonic Wars, obviously not something worn during the First World War, let alone by the Ottomans, and bears no resemblance to their uniforms.
 
How could someone with such talent get something this hideously wrong?
