avalon is supposed to be an island. seriously, from what the translations of the name I was reading the other day it literally means island of apples. also, it’s the island where the lady of the lake is said to reside.

At least we have Skull Island, with dinosaurs, giant apes and killer bugs. They only need Equestria and Minegarde.

That’s because it’s on another planet in a different star system. It seems that there is a whole planet we still have yet to explore. :)

No idea about Hollow Bastion.  
Yes El Nido is from Chrono Cross.  
Panem is the nation from The Hunger Games.  
I think it is the Republic City from Korra, as it’s next to Air Temple Island.  
Mt. Olympus is from greek mythology, it’s in anything having to do with that, KH from Disney’s Hercules but also in God of war.  
Not sure about Midland but Westeros is from A Song of Ice and Fire.  
Kalimdor is from World of Warcraft.  
No idea about Dreamland, Mushroom Kingdom, and Kongo Jungle being where they are.  
Tamriel is from The Elder Scrolls.

That is one random group of places. I wish that the source was listed, because the maker might have explained the thought process behind their choices.

What’s wakanda? Why is Hollow Bastion not named Radient Garden and why is it so close to Destiny Islands? Is El Nido from Chrono Cross? What’s Panem? Is republic city from Korra? Isn’t it supposed to be in a harbor? Is Mt. Olympus from KH or what? What’s Midland and Westeros? What’s Kalundor? Why would Dreamland be imbetween Mushroom Kindom and Kongo Jungle? Shouldn’t Kongo Jungle be on an island? What’s Tamriel?

Who ever made this map has no clue of scale, it has places that are small in size taking up more space then whole countries.

Hogwarts is right next to middle earth … this works with my head cannon as i believe since we never saw sirius black hit the floor dead i think he just dropped his wand before falling through a portal to middle earth where he made friends with an elf, dwarf and a few hobbits
