It’s time for a new OC for my MLPFIM spin-off, “My Little Pony: Friendship Troopers”. And this time, it’s a stallion. And not just any stallion… It’s Bright Eyes’ boyfriend.
 
His name is Well Read, and I sort of based him on… Well… Myself. Hehe. And as you probably can figure out… Since he is Bright Eyes’ official boyfriend, he will make more than one appearance in my stories.
 
Well, on now to his biography…
 
Well Read is a student at the School Of Friendship, just like the Friendship Troopers. He is very well organised, in his mind, and in his belongings. In the beginning, he was a bit shy, because he was kind of embarrassed by his interest and knowledge about toys. But Bright Eyes help him realise that if he just showed how much he knew about toys, then ponies would start to like him for who he is… And she started to like him, very much. Well Read is a real egghead, always reading about something scientific, or historic. But if he really must, he will take action to save the day, especially for Bright Eyes. Just like Bright Eyes, he often uses the “Mind Palace” technique, when he really needs to think. He also has a very analytical eye, and will get very focused if something turns out to be a real mystery. His most favourite books include history books, science books… Oh, and the Daring Do books. He is a nice guy, who usually prefers thinking, rather than going into battle. But, if his friends are in danger, he will take action, just as soon as he has calculated out the best strategy to act upon. After a while, and some study dates together, he and Bright Eyes become an official couple, and one of the most effective duos in Ponyville, since they always compensate for each other, when one of them lacks any specific information. Well Read has a part time job at the Ponyville toy store, but he also sometimes helps out at the School Of Friendship’s library, which is where he often has the best chance of seeing Bright Eyes.
 
Well Read is a unicron with emerald green eyes, a blue coat and a red-brown mane and tail. The magic aura from his horn shine in a light green glow, matching the color of his eyes. His Cutie Mark is a red book, which symbolises that he really knows a lot about a lot, and is smart enough to solve almost any mysteries.
