Description
Dash decided to get Soarin back for one of the many times she had been wedgied by him. She snuck up behind the stallion while he was completely unaware of her presence. She quickly grabbed the front of his briefs while standing behind him and lifted him up off the ground by them, pressing the undies into the unsuspecting stallion’s crotch. Soarin was not too pleased by the sudden sensation of his stallionhood being assaulted by his undies.
I think the artist is just trying to label tabs as best as possible.
Abuse is a word with a double-meaning.
1.) To treat living being with violence repeatedly.
2.) To use something to bad effect or purpuse. (Misuse)
With is picture it’s accurate because one character is showing using an article of clothing in a way that was not intended for mischief. Therefore misuse of the underpants to give another an unpleasant experience.
