Lumi’s been around for quite a while as well. Their first image was posted here 4 years ago.
Lumineko is actually a pretty popular clop artist. And yes, they’re emulating JJ’s style but they’re not tracing. You can tell because JJ’s hooves are thin near the top and widen near the bottom where as Lumi’s hooves are always the same size to the hoof. JJ’s hindlegs also have a more angular upper leg. Style emulation is not theft or tracing, its just like a love letter to the Ask Gamer Luna/Ask Princess Molestia blogs and JJ’s artstyle itself. Lumineko’s muzzles are more rounded too, they’re not as square as JJ’s.
