And everything was idyllic until that fateful day the animals from Fluttershy’s nature preserve and the school board both decided they needed more room.
 
Just kidding, but I do have to wonder how much can be built up around Ponyville before it is no longer thought of as a small town and more like a sprawling city.

I’m wondering if Twilight Sparkle thought her cunning plan through by putting an international “friendship school” on the outskirts of Ponyville. Remember how the Ponyville ponies reacted to Zecora? Imagine them dealing with a mass of non-pony exchange students suddenly coming into town.

Ya know if you look in the background you can see this school might just be outside of ponyville since we can see the cottages back there. Which would make sense since it would be more convenient for them to get there and back home. Personally I’m a little concerned about the school setting idea not to mention the obvious stand out new characters. It was a little ruff when they added Alicorn Twilight, The castle, Starlight, and the new changeling look on their own, but now they’re adding a LOT of new stuff and characters to the show. Things might get a little rocky this season
