Exactly, so it’s rather naive to believe that any particular actor can do absolutely no wrong simply because they did a single role that you liked.
That’s true of every actor, though.
He’s done his share of crap shows and blah roles (course, not the case here), so on a rhetorical level, yes.
Would you expect anything less from the guy who voiced Brain?
It takes a lot of talent to get that across in a vocal tone alone.

Nope. Grey’s Californian born-and-raised. And she’s not a household name to anyone who doesn’t care about voice-acting, so no chance of her being in the show.
I’m pretty sure Grey Delisle is also Canadian. As is Tara Strong.
