Oh, I came up with a backstory for Flash’s Pokemon (and some of their personalities)

Gallade was raised from an egg that Flash received as a birthday present. As a Ralts, he was shy around others except for Flash due to him being the first thing he saw. He also communicates telepathically with Flash, and as a Ralts and Kirlia he called Flash “Papa” and as a Gallade, he calls Flash “Father”. The only other human he really liked until the events of the first movie was Fluttershy. Flash won a Dawn Stone as a prize for a competition which is how Gallade evolved. When Sunset was corrupted by the crown, it Mega-Evolved her Hondoom and due to in this AU (of mine), Flash wasn’t effected by the mind control, the magic hit Gallade as well, causing him to Mega-Evolve. Since then, Flash obtained a keystone and it’s in his guitar.

Scolipede, despite it’s appearances, is actually a really calm Pokemon. Flash found it on the school grounds as a Venipede, and everyone but him was afraid of it. It had a tendency to tackle (and accidentally poison) him at times.

Zebstrika is another Pokemon he had since he was young. It provides special effects (along with Magnezone) during concerts.

Alolan-Dugtrio was given as a gift to him by Sandalwood’s cousin.

Don’t really know how to give a personality to Magnazone, except it helps Flash fly around.

Yeah, this is outdated

I would switch one of Flash’s mons with Toxtricity, preferbaly the low-key form (due to it’s frills being blue like Flash’s hair). Maybe switch out Mega-Gallade for it for Galar and Gigantamax it.
