A side effect of proofreading for a dear friend. I did a rough sketch from a section of Steel’s latest story, he asked for colour, worked on this in my free time today. Reasonably happy with the outcome, all things considered.
I still fucking hate doing pony clothes…
EDIT: Now that I’ve given my eyes a rest from staring at this, there’s something about it that’s bugging me, but I can’t tell what it is. If anyone notices the issue, could you please let me know?

EDIT2: Had a chat with Steel and Karra, they let me know that it might be the formal dress sans shoes… I’m inclined to agree, but something is still a little off. Meh, someone will hopefully let me know eventually, or I’ll figure it out…

Hm, thank you for the input, you made very fair points. But, uh, she is wearing shoes, the dress is effectively backless to make room for her wings, and I really didn’t draw her fur, so hyper-detailing her wings would have heavily detracted from the overall piece.
The rest is very valid, and I’ll take it into consideration in the future, but a lot of what you pointed out were either deliberate or stylistic choices. Thank you very much for taking the time to respond so thoughtfully, I really appreciate it!
