Bunker 1 Charlie has a pool, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 dining rooms, a kitchen, a massive and tall free building area, perfect for the contraptions DLC machinery and Institute teleporter quest, 4 other open areas that the player can build upon, and a LOT of power supplying “fuse box”es that supply 100 power each. The workbench is shared with the outdoors Camp 1 Charlie workbench, which, the outdoors itself, gives the player a nice little house, and a giant building area 2 3 buildings to build in, set up a massive farm and security galore. The mod’s location is just right outside of Listening Post Bravo (where Danse hides during his quest). Outside is targetable for attacks, inside is not. So to answer your question, yes, the building, not house, is huge… until you get familiar with it.
