Is she doing this on purpose here? Is so then maybe she’s actually getting at least some of her control back.
 
After all, from what I’ve read in some books about toilet training infants and toddlers figure out how to wet on purpose before they learn how to use the toilet or potty chair reliably, if at all.
 
It’s apparently a normal part of the training/learning process even though parents, babysitters, etc. don’t like it for obvious reasons.
