She was disappointed with Twilight for the Want-it, Need-it spell. Yes, Celestia would probably be willing to fix this mess. But this time Twilight has a very good reason for why she has to fix this on her own.
 
Experimenting with dangerous spells on LIVING PONIES would more than warrant her getting arrested and being thrown in jail for misuse of magic.

She doesn’t have enough magic to turn them back and is even contemplating choosing between the two.
 
Apparently the Element of Magic is being so worried about yourself that you can not call your mentor for help and accept the consequences of your action at the cost of the lives of your friends.
 
The Element of Borrowing Money and always having an excuse as to why you can not pay them back would be better in the long run.

And then Twi fails an experiment involving Pinkie and turns everyone into a Pinkie Clone.

And now Dash and AJ are plushies.
 
And for those of you who think that Spike is going to realize what has been going on, keep in mind that lab rat Twi’s tests and experiments is normally HIS thing. She probably wouldn’t even be at this point unless if something already happened to Spike, because he would have stopped her by now.
 
As for what I think will happen next? Twi falls asleep and Pinkie takes Plushie!AJ and Dash. And don’t forget that unless Twi changes them back soon, they’ll be stuck as plushes forever.
