And thus another pony season wraps up in the books…..well for my seasonal comics I should say. I will say this season as a whole is likely gonna be placed somewhere as #2 or #3 behind S2. A very solid season as a whole I must say and there were a good bit of episodes that I had no expectations that completely blew my ass away how good they were overall. :) As we enter the off-season I am gonna have a little more time on my hands….maybe…..depending on my class I am taking right now and other stuff on really polishing up this new style. It’s not easy trying to polish up the seasonal comics and couple that I did right after but the stuff I will be posting in about a month is pretty much the stuff I am gonna focus on re-touching heavily to make it look good. Just gonna need to bare with it cause everything I do is still experimenting and new….hence trying poses I never attempted before so….it will look rough….like that Dash in this one. :P Muffin is in this.
 
 
Now about this comic. That Camp episode from this season completely and utterly saved my ass for making this comic. I mean in terms of how show puppeting happens in the show and what it looks like. Granted we didn’t get the finale for S7’s title till about a month after that episode but going by the title alone I knew what I wanted to do. Very rare I shove 3 ponies into one panel like this so that was a challenge since it’s so much tweaking that needs to be done to make it somewhat look good altogether. :faint: I will say this that I did have a Derpy/Spitfire comic based off this exact same thing I was saving since last season but ultimately this was a perfect spot to use it in…..although I still at some point my go back and touch up that idea and make that comic too even though it’s literally the same damn idea. :P Why not? I think that’s like 5 Derpy/Spitfire type comics I’ve done for the S7 episode comics as a whole this year which was great in my opinion cause when in doubt for an EP comic….just go back to the tried and true method. ;) I have a lot more of these comics still cooked up so they won’t go anywhere anytime soon. Love making these series and having to create in a sense Derpy’s room or another room in her house which I did make up in a comic in the S7 mid-break, it’s a challenge but one I think came out really nice in that 2nd panel.
 
 
Alright so we are now on the S7 break but S8 will premier in April….I think Babscon weekend is when it’s suppose to premier since it’s premiered there 3 seasons or something so far. It’s kind of no secret anymore that that is the main location and dates when we will get S8. Since we are on this break I have some stuff I have saved up since the last off-season I will need to re-take a look at….yeah it’s from January-March. I had a lot of back stock even from then I need to release but I’ll get to it. I just have a lot to do right now overall and time a little tight overall. So remember in my off-season schedule I like to put out a single pic one week and then a comic the week after an alternate. Pending on how I feel and stuff I could have some weeks where I double release stuff but I may not do that till my class ends in Early December or something around there. :D Alright guys here we go….S7 off-season and 6th off-season for me….with all this back stock I have enough crap to last till mid-February right now. It’s crazy.
