I agree. I kind of like how the light hits her, but as for actual light sources when compared, the other one seems less distracting.
I think they both have their ups and downs.
In comparison to the previous piece perhaps, but stand alone it adds more depth and helps bring the picture together.
Lighting, her right ear, and the shape of her nose / mouth changed a bit.
Edited shading it seems
