Base pi is not a particularly sensible way to write numbers. Every number has some representation as a pinary number- at which point pi would be 10- but these representations are not unique and addition would be a nightmare.
I feel kinda bad that I seem to have reduced the character of this noble Wonderbolt to ‘likes pie’. Oh well, perhaps I’ll think of a proper Soarin comic one of these days.
