That’s just incorrect - Sunset Shimmer’s demonic form is way bigger than Midnight Sparkle, about the same size as Juniper Monstar.

I find it funny that they go into this level of detail on everyone but Celestia, who is noticeably taller than the other adults but sometimes her height fluctuates and periodically appears as tall as every other adult. For example she has been shown to be taller when stood next to Luna, Cadance and Cinch, but then in some scenes she’s the same height. Weird. Let us keep our Amazon please Hasbro. Has anyone else noticed this fluctuation?

When you say “think it would be the size of its transformations”, are you referring to what you want them to be or what you’ve actually obsereved in-series?
 
If it’s meant to be pure headcanon, we’ll tolerate that. If this is meant to be a serious analysis, you’ll need better. For example:  

 
That Midnight Sparkle (754px tall) is only twice as tall as Adagio (392px tall) (754/392≈1.92) as opposed to three times (5.00 meters/1.65 meters≈3.03) implies you haven’t even tried to apply the math. And even if the heights are meant to be purely personal preference, you still messed up the charts scaling.
 
If this wasn’t supposed to be serious, we’d appreciate it if you clarified that so we can move on. If serious, I recommend redoing it but actually checking the math next time.

Aria and Adagio look slightly taller than most others while wearing heels, Sonata looking almost at their height only while standing just a bit closer to the camera (note their shadows). I’m pretty sure every girl has the same character model, the same height, and the heels are taken into account in making a few look taller.  

I do have to point out something tho, out of all the Siren’s Sonata is the tallest though.  
They all seem the same height, but Aria and Adagio wear heels while Sonata wears super hightop sneakers

Juniper at 32 feet tall (10 meters as shown in this ‘headcanon’) … really? That is the size of a two story house… she barely towered over a sunglasses booth in Mirror Magic. If nothing she would be at least 7-8 feet tall.  
Lets see… Gloriosa never got taller, so she remains the size of an adult… Sci-Twi never got bigger in her transformation, Sunset Satan got bigger by like… average adult height. So the heights depicted are way to large… someone does not seem to know how height works.

You really have no idea how long that a meter is if you think that the majority of these are even close.

The quality is very bad. Only real is the lenght of sirens, the rest is not.

Midnight Sparkle and Sunset Satan didn’t grow up after transforming. And even if then not up to 5 metres
