One of Morrigan’s special moves?
I dunno, that fan-depiction seems to be mostly done by one artist, and seems to portray her much different then she was in the show. It actually looks more like a completely different character to me.

Huh. Apparently a lot of drawings depicting her as a butch sweetheart paired with Saffron Masala. She looks adorable, but it’s kinda odd to picture a character that’s adorkable, clueless and somewhat entitled depicted as a savvy, semi-edgy and occasionally earnest and serious character. Specially since Sassy Masala looks mostly unchanged.
How ’bout Plaid Stripes too? Nobody remembers her adorkableness anymore.

I thought this was extremely beautiful. Twilarina is way too precious for this world, too graceful…
That’s the point. The detached shadow puppet doesn’t either, so it’s lampshading.

Simple: shadow puppets need hoof movement to appear but the shapes are defined by imagination and magic instead of actual shadows.
