Her face looks absolutely nothing like Mrs. Cakes. There’s zero physical resemblance. Great art it just looks nothing like the character.
Also she’s not wearing a wedding ring.
Could very well be a younger Mrs. Cake. She wasn’t always so plump and looked a bit different in her youth, as we saw in The Perfect Pear.

She is definitely Mrs. Cake. However this pic needed a bit more “chubbiness” so to speak to make this perfect. ^^
