I think the worst that the Doctor would have to put up with is the adult CMC still having that same sense of adventure as they did when they were fillies.

Uh, if Scootaloo did not go in the past she would not have given a Wonderbolt Ticket to Rainbow Dash, if Rainbow Dash did not have the Wonderbolt Ticket, she would not have go to their show. If she did not go to their show, she would not have wanted to be a Wonderbolt, if she did not want to become a Wonderbolt, she would have done less flying practice, if she had done less flying practice she would not have done the Sonic Rainboom, if she did not do the Sonic Rainboom, all the Mane 6 would have different Cutie Marks, and if they had different Cutie Marks they would never have met each other, and if they never met each other, Scootaloo would propably not know of the Mane 6 beside maybe AJ and Rarity as very remote acquaintances, and even if she became friends with AB and Sweetie, Scoots would not know about Rainbow Dash, and if she did not know about Rainbow Dash, she would not go to the past to give a Wonderbolt Ticket to her.
