That fox girl is cute and all, but I want to see more sexy deer girl anthros.
Maybe it’s because of Faline in Bambi, but I can’t help but have a fascination with deer girl anthros.
Thanks! Though I admit, I was initially trying to find a more, voluptuous picture. Or something musclebound if male. I was kinda paranoid that her flatter chest would allow Eye to go “I could definitely see a fox evolving into that!”
But I decided that this pic was too cute to pass up! :)
… That, and the other pis I found kinda broke the rules. :/
Thank you for sharing this image. It’s beautiful (both foreground figure AND background).
Still makes the fact that people legit get furry confusion (like, not ironically like with that Fantasia scene, but legit confused) seem stupid. While Capper’s species seem to have a closer resemblance to their closest ancestors than humans, they are still obviously different species.
Furry confusion is especially stupid when the furry looks like this:
That thing isn’t even in the same FAMILY as a fox. That’s a primate!
Humans are DRASTICALLY different from other primates, including their close relatives chimpanzees, in appearance and anatomy, though. Capper looks like a regular cat, just large, bipedal, and talking.
My response to this:
It’d be cool if Capper and Opal had a small gag scene, likely in the ending or during the credits. :3
Not to mention, furry confusion has been played for laughs before in films like Fantasia 2000.
I don’t see why they can’t have a similar funny scene with Capper and Opal.

True enough. As far as the giraffe goes I’m still wondering just wtf temperate zone Equestria is for them to have Zebra’s and giraffe’s living right next door.
Goofy and Pluto. So long as they stick to consistent rules for it, kids get it. Friendship Through the Ages showed what a non-sapient horse looks like: it’s in the eyes.
On that note, what will they do about giraffes? If Clementine can’t talk, do talking giraffes walk on two legs and wear clothes?
That’s Equestria Girls not FIM. That universe is supposed to be closer to ours (talking Spike aside but he’s a special case). Until they show a talking horse I think it’s safe to assume their world works a lot like ours save for events that are a result of bleed over from Equestria. At least until something in the series shows otherwise.
We saw a regular, non-sapient horse in Friendship Through the Ages.
I think that would be a little too weird even for kids. While few kids are going to question a pet cat and feline with human attributes I think most seven year olds (the shows target audience) would either be confused by or question why some horses were talking while the others weren’t. It would distract from whatever the episode was about.
It’s X. vs is designated for a bout or some such. X, short for Crossover, is meant for team-ups and romantic pairings.
What about the diamond dogs vs winona
Because one is sapient and the other one is not, that it’s usually tagged as bestiality. Also one is anthro and the other feral.
How? Capper looks more like a regular cat than a human looks like a monkey.
Lol, then it’s “implied bestiality” too.
Real bunnies would eat the green portion of the carrot. Funny how it’s the opposite in fiction because Bugs Bunny was referencing a movie.
“My only conclusion is that every animal, mythical or not, has sapience or sapient variants in this world” I’m pretty sure you’re correct which leads to some rather interesting moral quandaries. As far as bunnies go I hope they feed her the right thing since in reality carrots are terrible bunny food due to their high sugar content. All that force feeding Angel poison. No wonder he’s so grumpy all the time.
My only conclusion is that every animal, mythical or not, has sapience or sapient variants in this world. Whether the reverse is also true I’m less sure of as we haven’t seen lands with non-talking horses.
(If they do this, I hope it’s with anthropomorphic rabbits and one of them treats Fluttershy like she treats bunnies, including feeding her a carrot. Also, bellyrubs.)
Talking Yaks, Cows, Griffons and Zebras (which are their own species) exist already yet you need an explanation for why a different also talking anthropomorphic species exists? Magic. Magic is why they exist. Just like why every other talking animal exists. What other explanation does there need to be?
