I need to practice more EQG doodles.
Yeah, it was the Equestria Girls version I was referring to.
Just had a look through my own doodles.
I’ve never actually drawn Equestria Girls Rarity.
I think it’s her mane. It’s not the easiest of the characters to draw.
Sunset’s another that’s a bit of a pain to draw, because of her hair.
Most of my Equestria Girls drawings are of the Dazzlings.
Picked one at random so you can see my own style.

Thank you for the advice. I too see the issue with the face (assuming you’re referring to the EQG) that happened when I fumbled up from going from a pencil sketch to a line art, and I couldn’t correct it. I think it’s a result of not doing the side shape right.
Shading under pony Rarity’s tum might have helped give more depth, although that’s near impossible with felts.
(Which is why I use colouring pencils; you can shade with them).
