Probably because of eating too many apples, did you know that they are basically the Mcdonalds of fruits? They have a lot more calories and sugar than positive nutritional values, can cause insomnia and addiction as well as caffeine and the seeds have small portions of cyanide inside :)
 
Also, judging by the tone and how the ones on your farm are shiny and mostly unicolor, they must be Argentine apples, they are mostly water and also the most flavorless type of apple, good for juice and diet, but i’m not sure how do you make jam, cider and applepie of that thing :))))
