Well if I was forced to critique the work, I’d say the point you could change is the emotion that you’re showing on Fluttershy’s face.
 
It seems too neutral. She doesn’t seem to be happy, disgusted, worried, confused, or irked out over falling into the mud like that. Portraying at least one of those emotions would greatly boost the impact of what you’ve drawn here.
 
Also, the place does seem to be a bit more brightly colored. I’d suggest the use of darker and duller hues to illustrate the gloominess of the atmosphere. Perhaps Fluttershy is worried about what will become of the animals she lost in such a foreboding place.
 
I could go on about the anatomy and all that and blah blah blah, but I can recognize one’s current level of talent and that will come with experience as you allow your skill to grow with time.

I know but nobody tells me what i am doing wrong. Or what is so unlike to this is it ms paint? Is it the shape of the pony or something else?
