I see your point. I see Twilight as Martha, the nerdy friend that Sunset left for the Dazzlings. Which doesn’t match canon but it works for me. XD
I know that a lot of people see Sunset as Veronica, especially since the Dazzlings are usually seen as the Heathers.
But to me she was always JD, because of her temper issue (and because she destroyed the school xD).
I see Twilight more as Veronica because she is smart and was also an antagonist to the Dazzlings. Plus she is important to Sunset, similar how Veronica is important to JD.
I feel Sunset works as Veronica because she’s walked the path between good and bad like Veronica has. Flash as JD is a big stretch, though.
But then again, EqG doesn’t have any psychotic murderers among its character ranks :^D
The artstyle is neat, tho.
