Background Pony Number 17

Okay, now this is a well-designed OC. Good color palette, mane and tail match properly, no excessive decoration. The only thing that looks “off” is she’s a Unicorn with a name and a cutie mark you’d normally expect for a Pegasus. Which I suspect is actually a feature, not a bug, here.
