These prices look roughly in line with most other artists’ prices I’ve seen.
Honestly though I can’t figure out how anyone can make a living charging this little. But uh, starving artist is a cliche for a reason? :S
(I’m not really an artist, though I do draw a tiny bit from time to time.)

You should learn the value of money in the real world before you go harassing those who spend their precious time earning it.
However, if you’re just whining because this doesn’t fit your budgetary limitations, I’m flattered that you’re interested and I could probably whip up a rough sketch that would be in your price range.
And the shading and background look like they could be done in 1 minute
