“Seriously though, this movie is a perfect example of how you create tension and build up the horror. I think we all have an idea of how a shark looks like, so the more you hold back on showing it on screen the bigger the fear will feast in the audience. It transforms an animal into a beast of myth, at the same time it creates an empathy with the main characters. I didnt want to see them suffering, I really cared for all of them and when you care for someone it increases the fear you experience.
 
I guess the trip to the beach is cancelled. No way Im getting in the water after this movie. I guess well stay at home and keep watching movies, consarnit.”
