So this thing needs all sorts of explaining. This picture was inspired by a youtube channel about the weird stuff kids say. These are small little moments that happened back in my childhood.

1. When I was about two, me and my mother where touring new apartments to move into one day. There was one we were looking at were I go wondering off on my own, and start talking to myself (little kid whatever). I start laughing and I start pointing at places in the apartment saying, This is where they put her head, and this is where they left her body (different room). Needless to say the land lady and my mother were a bit weird out by what I was saying with such gory detail at age 2. My mother than asked “who are they?” which I say “The shadow people.” I don’t really remember all this now, but this is the story my mother tells was when I really creeped her out. she used to it now.
2. This probably explains the first panel, lol. When I was small I watched a ton of scary movies. I think my folks were watching a horror movie day and I sneaked out of my room to watch. I was caught watching eventually, but I didn’t react to the gore or “scary” parts, I didn’t cry, I just sat and watched intently. so they let me watch the movie with them (that was mostly my dad, “well he seems alright”) whatever. So there I am a small kid watch Freddy Krueger cut teenagers to ribbons.
3. So one thing my mother won’t let me forget is the day I destroyed the couch to bury my sister. Some how I found out you can unzip the couch cushions to get the foam block inside. lol, I remember my parents coming home and finding me burying my baby sister neck high in the couch remains.
4. I remember my cousin caught me drawing pictures of girls as a kid. I was really embarrassed back then, he teased me so much. I ended up pushing him down the stairs (they were carpeted stairs, he lived) I don’t think a lot of people mind much now. lol
5. LOL, I don’t remember doing this but I was told I made eyes at people as a baby/toddler. Apparently only when girls walked by I’d look at them, like all little babies would, but I’d give them one of these I wouldn’t stop till they stopped laughing. My parents don’t know how I learned to do that, but I think I did it because it made people laugh.
6. Something else I did that doesn’t seem so weird now, I ate squid legs as a kid. Little kids go threw food phases (like grilled cheese, BP&J) mine was squid legs. We only got them when we went to gramma’s or a Chinese restaurant, and I would want a whole plat of small squid legs. which is, if you think about it, is weird for a kid to latch on too.
7. One thing I was really good at as a baby kid was hide and go seek. I got lost a lot, LOL I didn’t get lost; people lost me! People would give up trying to find me. I remember I hid in a suitcase once and fell asleep. The baby sitters watching me freaked out trying to find me, they called my parents, and then the cops, the whole day went by and no one could find me. Then my mother heard some snoring coming from the closet, and she found me a sleep in the suitcase. lol, well all this tendency to hide prompted my mother to put me on a leash, no joke.
8. Well there was this one time I tried to empress my older cousins with my physical abilities, by jumping across a muddy moat. So imagine a cartoon were I fly in mid air, stop in mid air, and fall straight down. lol, I was cover from head to toe in mud, at least I think it was mud. My Opa (Grandad) washed me off with hose in the back garden, everyone was laughing the whole time.
