For newer watcher’s information, I looked to start a comic series some time back. Did not really go anywhere beyond the first half of a page, which you can see here. I have finally gotten around to updating the second half of the page as well, and the full page is updated.
 
These things are hugely time consuming and I don’t know how often I can continue them. Just completing it took me way outside my weekly allocated time for paints, and even then at a lower quality. (Note that the first attempt each panel was its own environment piece I could spent 2-3 weeks on. The first half of the page took close to 6 weeks total to finish. Comics in general are always hard for me, due to layout, character designs, preserving environment layout and color, text and speech bubbles…yeah.
 
I updated this piece since it was part of my current weekly experiments to push and see how much i can accomplish within my allocated time frames. I won’t be touching this in awhile, and the next page, while i have detailed in linework already, will not be done anytime soon.
 
But i do intend to get to them over time. Future updates will have links to pages etc
