When I think of the Sun I think of hydrogen being fused into helium by the immense pressures of the star’s mass. Celestia doesn’t even cross my mind. I think it’s a disservice to our universe to correlate all stars with a pony. Sure, I love ponies, but my love for the universe is ever deeper.

I’m not getting Sun, because of Celestia. Ponies influence my way of thinking about a lot of things in my life, and I don’t want to have something that constantly reminds me of a chracter I dislike.
