Hasbro still has oversight on all their products. The phrase “by Hasbro” might bother you, but it still pulls weight.
 
I specifically said they had oversight. What bothers me is when someone gives them all of the credit. As in, acting like no one else but Hasbro had a hand in it. There are people who assume that Hasbro does 100% of the work on the show, for example, simply because their name’s attached.

What do you mean “by Hasbro”? The show is made by DHX, the official comics by IDW and the official books by LB&C. This one is made by DMS Productions.

This is one of my biggest pet-peeves, the fact that so many people give all of the credit to Hasbro, when in reality they do little more than cut the checks, have oversight/input on the scripts, and can make requests/demands/veto stuff. I think the “Hasbro Studios” branding on the show confuses them. In reality nothing of the sort exists, it’s simply their name for the umbrella of shows they’ve commissioned.
 
And the reason your links are blocked are due to posting as a BP.
