If she was 50% scared, and it’s increased by 200%, she’ll be 150% scared.
If she was 200% scared, and it’s increased by 200%, she’ll be 600% scared.
An increase of 200 percent points (pp) would be different multiplier depending on the original value.
If she was 50% scared, and it’s increased by 200pp, she’ll be 250% scared. 5x as scared.
If she was 200% scared, and it’s increased by 200pp, she’ll be 400% scared. 2x as scared.
100%, +100% and +100pp mean different things.
