I don’t think she would be awake if they managed to stuff her into a cocoon.  
Like she would be knocked out when they managed to stuff her in there and by the time she sort of wakes up, she would be in the hive if they used some teleportation magic.  
If she was awake by the time they are dragging her back to the hive, then how the hell did they managed to sneak her out of the castle?
 
Something really doesn’t seem right in the finale there.

How does this even work? Even if she’s trapped in a cocoon, right now she’s in the dream realm, supposedly another plain entirely. How did the Changelings get in to pull her back?
