Assuming this is serious (which it may or may not be at this point) this is kind of an issue in this fandom; and a lot of fandoms nowadays. People seriously can not separate Fanon and Canon at this point for a lot of people it seems like their head canons and fanon are more important than Canon.
Few things in any fandom make me want to facepalm harder than when someone refers to a fanfic as “proof” for something that contradicts canon. Also related, building up this detailed, specific intricate headcanon about a character based completely on fanfics and fan comics they picked and chose, then insists this is the “true” version of the character. And gets mad when other people don’t accept it.

There is no issue here though since the artist(owner of the left picture) knows what they’re doing is fanon.
