Nightmare Moon if you look closely Twi only made it to her knees. Where as she stands up to the neck of Celestia. Your entire observation got rekt. Nightmare Moon on average is probably 22 feet tall.
well actually celestia is nearly 2 and a half times as tall as a normal pony and luna is about 2 times as tall. if we assume ponies proportion to normal people (let say 6 foot for round numbers although this is some what tall) then tat would make celestia 15 feet tall and luna about 12 feet tall.
like i said this is rounded so it probably closer ti 13 feet and 11 feet or something but you get the gist

If in show proportions, should be about at most 6 feet, I think.
