Those eyelashes bug me… Still, a very obvious clear improvement in model over the standard SFM one. Good job, that artist! I especially approve of the removal of the altered lip color.

It’s intentional, I couldn’t get the very misaligned eyes to look good but didn’t either want perfect eye alignment for derpy.
So this slight misalignment is the compromise.
