I can answer to that, I’m the owner of this blue fellow.
This was originally a little gift from the artist that was kept private.
He recolored it with his oc flex to still publish it. Though recently I decided to publish all the art I received from him.
While i am a fan of this guy’s work i think the downvotes may be in part because his body looks like it was copied and pasted over from an earlier image he did of another character, just facing the other direction:
In fact, i think it was, the details on the muscles are identical.
