You really know nothing, i have declared you autistic because a basic trait of classic autism, the non-insult kind, is that they are unable to properly read emotions on other people, the exact thing you did.  
The fact that you saw it as an insult tells us more about you than me.
 
Also that you see autism as an disorder tells us even more about you, because autism in itself is not bad per-se, only specific kind of autism, while others can actually improve society.

In your first few paragraphs i have found a lot to disagree with, and even with your list, but i do was able to find two things in that list i agree with. And as i said, i will take back now everything i have said. Congratulations, even though it is to just not expand this discussion endlessly, you have convinced me i was wrong. (i explicit point this out, because there are many people who always go “You’re one of those assholes who never admit to be wrong” when they just fail to bring good arguments)

But that’s not what your understanding. People don’t have to have a lot of things in common to be in a relationship. What really matters is that they have things they can benefit from one another, so they can get more stuff in common. Along with even gaining a few differences.
 
Example. Rainbow Dash is a quick-thinker, quick to get a problem over with, while Pinkie Pie, if you look closely, actually thinks about how others would be affected by her decisions. They can benefit from one another like that.
 
Rainbow and Pinkie can argue. All people argue. Just because you argue with somebody doesn’t mean you love them any less, though. (In some cases). And even besides that, Pinkie and Rainbow definetly do not bring out the worst of one another. Heck! You’d think that would be Rarity and Applejack, of all the ponies. Like seriously. Name one time that actually happened? :_:
 
Pinks and Dashie have their differences as well, but still have multiple similarities. Which is good for a relationship.
 
But besides that, here are the things they have in common.
 
-> Both ponies are one of the three extroverts of the group,(the other being Rarity) and love being social.  
-> Both ponies have a love of excitement and adventure.  
-> Both ponies are deep in their connections involving family and friends. (Such as Pinkies promises and their relationships with their sisters/Scootaloo.)  
-> Both ponies are easily excitable.  
-> Both ponies can have problems with thinking about how others feel in certain situations.  
-> Both ponies need at least the tiniest bit of social contact to function properly.

They share almost nothing in common other than pranking, nothing more than 90% of any other pony in the village(or in the world).  
You know what, to not expand this discussion endlessly: give me Two things that they have in common(other than pranking) that isn’t basic(as in “they are nice” or “are friends with twilight”), and i will take everything back.
 
Like, RD has a common history together with Fluttershy; or RD acts tough on the outside but has a hidden soft girly side, like Applejack. Stuff like that.

But Pinkie Pie and Rainbow Dash aren’t opposites? Sure, one of them is a bit girlier than the other. But besides that, they share many things in common.
 
Besides that, Pinkie Pie can probably hold a relationship. Sure, it would be difficult, and sure, some ponies would find her annoying off the spot. But that’s the point of a relationship. If you love somebody like you should, you won’t care if they’re annoying or crazy, at times (In Pinkie’s case, 24/7). And while somebody like Cheese Sandwich certainly shares many of Pinkie’s traits, leading you to think of it as an ideal relationship, a relationship with too many things in common could eventually lead it to its doom. Because they’re so alike, not only could they never help one another in a way most couples with a couple of differences can, but they probably would never go past the stage of being friends. And with how much Cheese is traveling, compared to Pinkie who I’m sure would stay in PV with her best friends, a long-distant relationship definetly wouldn’t work. (Shown in Wonderbolt’s Academy, Pinkie Pie has a real problem with trying to stay connected to those who can’t be face-to-face or door-to-door with her).
 
Somebody like Pinkie needs a few things to contain a relationship. These things being:

Not mad, just…maybe a tiny bit mad. You see, imagine it like this. You hear of this new show My Little Pony. You decide to check it out, you like it, maybe even want to engage fulltime in the fandom, but when you do, half of the comments are about transformers. Now, you know, if people want to talk about transformers they should talk about transformers, but you are here for MLP. But where should you do it? After all the place for transformers is filled by transformers fans, and the place for MLP is also filled by transformers fans. Do you see the dilemma? Out of character denial is my transformers.

How do you explain such a thing without writing entire essays about character development, interpretations, explorations etc. I mean, from my point of view it is obvious for anyone that watches the show and ignores headcanons, so the fact that you ask this question is like…where do i begin?
 
Like, okay, how about this: When have they ever acted together in a positive light without the other mane6 and without pranks(because lets face it, a relationship based on pranking other people isn’t really romantic, heck, not even platonic.)? You might say “fan shipping doesn’t need canon relationship development” okay, sure, but can you see them even starting anything? And i am not even talking about something romantic.  
Pinkie is just too random, heck, there is no way she could ever have something like a bff, because other than a clone of her(like cheese) no one could stand being around her all day long, at least not without sharing the “experience” with others. If this series were a bit deeper, i would even dare to say “Why do you think she is trying to be friends with everyone in ponyvile and beyond? Because she couldn’t hold any ‘normal’ friendship.”  
This is why she needs a case of having a romance that is exactly like her, because the only one who could stand pinkie for a longer relationship(like a romantic one) is pinkie herself.
 
Also in reallife such a thing as opposites attract doesn’t exist, all relationships i have seen in reallife and in media(both fictional and real) that are opposite always end up in a break/divorce. Humans are wired to look for a mate that is different physically, not mentally, here it is the opposite, we need someone that is like us.

Have you ever read the fanfiction ‘The Incredibly Dense Mind of Rainbow Dash’? Really, it explains a lot.
 
Besides that, being too much like somebody can ruin a relationship. And while CheesePie is kind of adorable, I feel like they’re way too similar to have an interesting relationship.
 
When it comes to shipping, there’s a reason why most tumblrs/series/etc save Pinkie Pie for the last M6 member. She’s just way too over the top and crazy to suit up with a suitable pony, for some people. And Cheese would just feel like a final choice.
 
People want to be creative. Why pair up Pinkie with somebody exactly like her, when you could pair her up with somebody who shares some of her traits, yet has some of their own? Cheese is basically a stallion Pinkie in a way. And while the guy is technically his own character, pairing him up with Pinkie really just feels as if Pinkie is dating herself. But someone like Dash on the other hand? Not only does it scream excitement and interest, but a lot of character development and bonding, as well.
 
Unless you can give me an actual reason how Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie couldn’t ever work (in the realm of shipping), then I’d have to disagree with you here.

i didn’t say i don’t allow others to have another opinion, i said i don’t understand them.  
An opinion needs to be formed, so at what point does a person start to think “RD and Pinkie make a good couple”?  
I do have an idea though why people may do it, and that is they think of Pinkie as someone else. For some reason many people are afraid of canon personalities and insert fanmade ones into it. I have seen way too many ooc pinkies in shipping pictures, it just makes me think “Why do you even ship any MLP charactes, if you just make them into different people?”  
But that is just a theory of course, it’s not like it is possible to back it up with facts

I will never understand this ship, how can anyone even ship pinkie with anyone other than cheese sandwich? Her personality is way too wacky for any “normal” romantic relationship
