KAT and one search engine went away. That’s not “dropping like flies”.
 
The only reason people were ever on KAT was because TPB had been down for a while at one point so they needed a new place. But TPB is back now (and has been for years), so I suspect it will resume being the biggest mainstream torrent site. Or maybe it could be somewhere completely new, we’ll have to see where things go. In any case, I’ve had no problems finding the things I wanted to find since KAT went down other than the inconvenience of updating bookmarks and such.

Locks have existed for centuries and dickheads still rob houses. Torrents aren’t going away. Smaller, not with such public presence, but they’ll never actually die.

To be more explicit, you must have surly heard of Netflix… Right?  
Well Prime is a lot like that, in short you’ll either need an Internet connected TV, or some kind of Android / Fire Box (probably the better option) to either install Prime on or just watch it though. Either way its an on demand IPTV provider. So in no way OTA, though that may not necessarily mean that Ch4, or iTV might not pick it up at some point but, that might be years from now.

In short… Ya don’t! You’ll probably have to pickup an Amazon Fire Box.  
Which as far as I heard should come with 1 year of Amazon Prime Video.
 
So beyound that, you’ll also want something better then Dail-up to watch it.
